MSF Fitness is a private Personal Training, Wattbike and Small Group Training studio based in Telford, Shropshire
Providing both inhouse and online coaching. Developing a well-rounded plan for each client from strength and conditioning to fitness testing to help monitor progression while utilising what we have when training from home or within a gym environment.
This may be a client taking their first steps towards improving their fitness or taking up running or working with professional athletes. Often we are approached once an injury has occurred and we help with the return to fitness through structured strength plans and coaching, working alongside other professions such as Eddie,
Physiotherapists split into 3 sections, the business focuses on Fitness, Training & Performance.
Fitness encompasses Group Exercise such as circuit training, TRX or Wattbike sessions within a small group training environment. Training is aimed towards more specific goals/events and requires a more structured approach to their training whilst still having flexibility. Performance is focused towards clients with very specific goals and targets–it’s very prescriptive and clients on these packages understand that sacrifices will need to be made to achieve their goals.
Inhouse and Online Coaching is about developing a package based around the individual and what they require, from a strength plan to help with sports such as cycling and running to coaching towards improving cycling. Nutrition is provided through links with dietitians and sports performance nutritionists.
Sports Massage provided inhouse or out on the road.
